Happy Holidays, Coming Up

Merry Christmas to All, and to All a Fantastic Time! I can hardly wait.

Great (small) photo of Ann Hathaway's home. We've been there on a grand tour of London and Edinborough. It was a rainy day, but we still had fun.

What is your connection with Ann Hathaway? I worked for radio station WEEI in Boston in the 1970s. The program manager's secretary was Anne Hathaway with a final "E" -- no relation, of course. She was a tall, beautiful woman. She got married, which is usually the end of the line trying to reconnect, unless I remember her husband's name. I wonder where she is this Christmas day?

Greetings and best wishes for the season. I linked to your blog from Gia's Spot.

Dear Ms. Kimball,
Congratulations! You're the first one to see the cottage as a connection. Or at least the first one to mention it.

No, I am not related to any Hathaways, but your Anne Hathaway sounds as if she was a lovely person.

Ann T. also= "auntie". I wanted a name that brought up literature but also "connectedness" and possibly invoking a street presence.

Thanks for writing in! It's true, you are a friendly person! And happy holidays to the Radio Lady!
