Reflecting on what I learn, including the stuff that's whack--
I was afraid you got lost in there! It looks nicer now, keep up the good work.
My garage is empty. My basement on the other hand......
Ann:Plastering, eh?I might have a situation in mind.Gonna be fun to shred all that stuff. There may be a FEDERAL job in the future...LOL'Ya never know.Have a great weekend.
I wondered what wretched fate had befallen you :-)
I almost think I'd rather pour cement or lay sod! Good luck to you Ann T.
Yeah - our garage is fine - but we have this one small room in the house that needs serious attention. AND we have never hung pictures in many of the rooms. I think I might take a day off of work just to tackle that.
Have you considered going paperless? A scanner and a portable hard drive would free up a lot of space. ;-)
Ann T:That's awfully energetic of you, all that sorting and throwing away. Unusual to do spring cleaning in August...The Observer
I miss you. =(Just sayin. xoxo
Dear Yellow,It does feel a little bit like being in a forest of good intentions!LOL,Ann T.
Dear RD,ROFL!! Sure, I'll be right up.Ann T.
Dear Bob,You made me Laugh so hard! Yes, I could have a job with the government on this. By the end of this project I will be overqualified!LOL,Ann T.
Dear C.L.,It does seem like a wretched fate. I have missed hanging out and opining at will. I'll be back soon!Ann T.
Dear Captain Schmoe,Believe it or not I used to mix my own cement (in small batches). I made some very nice bas-reliefs with concrete mixed in marble dust.I also tried to make a concrete column using cement and brown concrete dye. I made a test brick and it looked like one of my chocolate cakes.I did not pursue that project but went into metal-bending instead! LOL,Ann T.
Dear The Bug,I also have pictures to hang. Also I found some photographs that should be in frames. My husband was a pretty good photographer and I would like to frame two of them.I also found pictures of me from our hippie-ish days and these made me remember a lot of good things.Ann T.
Dear Spark Check,Oh, yes, I am DEFINITELY considering this. I could possibly get rid of an entire file cabinet under this method. I tried paperless with appointments and addresses about five years ago. This was a mistake. When I upgraded my computer, my Palm Pilot was no longer compatible. However, I think that not everything needs to be in paper copy. I can't wait. And my scanner is fixed, too!Ann T.Thanks for the suggestion.
Dear peedee,Awwww, thank you! I miss you too. I am back this weekend because this is a very lonely project for me too.I'll even write about it!xoxo,Yer sistah,Ann T.
Ann T:I was here earlier, honest. Blogger ate my comment! :-(That's a lot of industriousness for the late humid hot days of summer. I'm with peedee--miss ya!The Observer
